What is a CRM?

Hello,
Maybe you would like to know what I’ve been up to and what my new business is about?
In February of this year I launched Fostering LLC, a CRM Consulting Business, specializing in Salesforce, a Customer Relationship Management tool.
Now, I work one-on-one with business owners, non-profits, management, and sales professionals to customize a cloud based Customer Relationship Management system. This helps streamline internal and external communication, improve customer relationships, and ultimately, increase revenue…just to name a few of the benefits of using this system.
Please read more below,
Thanks, Matt.

What is a CRM?
Don’t worry. I get asked this question a lot.

CRM stands for “Customer Relationship Management.” It is a technology platform to track your most important data – your customer relationships. We as humans can only track a small portion of this relationship data in our heads, and frankly, most is forgotten.
Sales and service professionals understand the value of CRM because they have many customer relationships to manage. So, what about management? Studies show that it takes anadditional 4-8 hours per week of management time to follow up with those accounts they manage when not using a CRM. A CRM can communicate activity data in real time, so you can spend more time talking about deals, not about your day.
Have you ever thought about what happens with your customer relationships when a salesperson leaves your company and goes to another company? It can be an unnerving thought if you don’t have a company wide CRM to retain the customer relationships you have already paid to develop. With a CRM you can continue to build customer relationships, loyalty and satisfaction, even with employee turn over.
According to Anthony “Tony” Robbins (self-help author and motivational speaker), it can cost up to $1 million dollars to replace a salesperson. Down time/lost opportunity/customer fall off.
Doo you currently use Salesforce or would you like to learn more, Please consider joining our Meetup group on May 22nd from 5 to 6:30pm. (RSVP Here)
As always please don’t hesitate to contact myself at any time.
Sincerely Matt Foster.
