5. Instant Data with Custom AI Agents
We developed a Custom AI Agent directly within the Salesforce interface to provide instant summaries.
- Efficiency Gain: Agents can query the system for critical details—like “Last Contact Date” or “Entity Type”—without navigating through multiple records. The AI fetches the data and updates the record automatically, keeping the CRM clean without manual input.
