Provides a customized way to request specific documents from customers, store those documents within Salesforce, and remind customers of the documents they still need to upload. Includes, but isn’t limited to, the Client Request object, Document Request object, Document Type object, Default Document object, and a new Experience Cloud Site. However, the styling or other customization of the Exp. Site isn’t included (we have a separate product offering for the styling of an Exp. Site). The client provides a list of Client Request Types and Document Request Types using import templates. The types are imported as part of the service offering. Three hours of training are also included.
