A pre-developed package containing automation and Email Templates on the Campaign/Campaign Member objects for sending drip emails based on Campaign Member Status is installed into the org. Three sets of Lightning Email Templates and email drips are included in the automation. Changes to the Email Templates are outside of the scope of this offering. Supports default Campaign Member Statuses of “Sent” and “Responded”. Once the Campaign Member’s Status changes from “Sent” to “Responded”, the email drips stop. The number of days between each email drip can be customized per implementation, as well as the Campaign for which the automation runs. Supports automating drip emails on one Campaign only. Also includes a single training session.
